We ship anywhere in the USA, UK or Canada. All shirts generally ship within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for transit time, depending on your location. If you choose USPS as a shipping options, please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Shipping and handling rates are based on the weight of the items purchased and your location.
To calculate your total cost, you’ll have to proceed through the shopping cart (to the page before you enter your credit card details). Choose the shirts you would like and enter your shipping info and you will see the total for shipping and the shirts combined before you are actually charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (OUTSIDE THE USA) PLEASE NOTE: Certain countries charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the us postal service to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing your order.
We ship to all military addresses. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with “APO ” or “FPO,” and the state with “AA,” “AE,” or “AP,” and use the military zipcode. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package.
You can enter your grade, first name, and middle initial in the First Name field. Organization name should be included if you have it; however, it is not always used for certain types of forces. Unit number is a four digit number assigned to some units, but not all. Where assigned, it should always be used.
Satisfaction is guaranteed or we’ll happily give you a refund for the shirts that you purchase (minus shipping), provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within 7 days of receipt your order. The shirts must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, stains, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors.
To request a return, log in to your account for an RMA, and follow the instructions. Returns will ONLY be accepted with an RMA. If you have any questions about processing your return please feel free to contact us.
Returns are accepted within 7 DAYS of receipt of merchandise. You MUST request a Return Merchandise Authorization to return an item. No Exceptions. All merchandise must be returned to us in its original packaging, in salable condition with no signs of wear and tear, stains, pet hair or odors. Return package must include original packing slip, order number and RMA Code which can be obtained by completing the form below. Returns must be shipped to us using FEDEX, UPS or USPS First Class/Priority Mail with TRACKING information. Tracking information must be entered when completing the return authorization form below. We cannot be held responsible for returns shipped back to us WITHOUT tracking, and no refund or exchange will be allowed in this instance. We regret that any returns shipped back to our facility without an RMA are not eligible for refunds.
